What data is collected?

In addition to depositing cookies (see specific point), the only data collected online is that which you provide when using the contact form: first and last name, company if applicable, telephone number, email address and body of your message.

How and for what purposes is the collected data used?

Once you have sent your request for information via our contact form, our website sends an email to Stéphane Leprêtre with the content of your message. No information entered is stored on the website, as the data transmitted is only used once in the automated email. The data you provide (see point above) is used to respond to your contact request (your email address, your telephone number are for example used to send you a response, your name is used as a contact person to customize our response...).

Is your personal data disclosed and transferred to other third parties?

The data you provide in the contact form is not transferred at any time to third parties in any form whatsoever. The trust you place in us in the communication of your personal data is an absolute priority for us, and we cannot in any way jeopardize your confidentiality. This is the reason why the communicated data remains in the closed space of our entity.

Retention of personal data

The data entered in the contact form are not stored on the website at any time. However, the email generated by your contact request is kept on our computer systems for a maximum period of 1 year. On the other hand, your personal contact details (last name, first name, company, telephone number, email address) are kept for as long as the resulting commercial relationship is ongoing, plus 10 years, unless of course you express the wish to have your data amended or deleted.

Right to access, amend and delete your personal data

You can request to access, amend or delete personal data related to you, at any time, either by mail (Le Jardin de Gassiot - Stéphane Leprêtre - 19 route de Génissac 33750 Saint-Quentin-de-Baron), or online via the contact form.
